Acceptable Use Policy
Rules for photos, prompts, and generated videos, including prohibited content, reporting, and enforcement.
Last updated: 2026-10-21
1. Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to every account and to every upload, generation, download, and share on Zombie Love AI. It forms part of our Terms of Service. By using the service, you agree to this AUP.
2. Photo rights and consent
You may upload only photos of pets — for example your own cat or dog, or another animal you have the right to feature. You must not upload photos of people: the service creates pet videos only, every character in a video is an animal, and no human figures are generated. You must be able to show that you own or care for the pet, or that the owner agreed, if we ask. The service is for fictional, clearly labelled AI-generated stories, not for impersonation, harassment, or misleading anyone.
3. Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material
We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and for any sexual or sexualised depiction of a minor, whether real or AI-generated. We remove such content immediately, terminate the account, preserve evidence, and report it to the relevant authorities and child-safety organisations. Do not upload, generate, request, or share it.
4. Prohibited content
You must not use the service to create, upload, request, or share:
- Sexual or NSFW content — pornography, nudity, sexual acts, fetish content, or any sexualised depiction of a person.
- Deepfakes and impersonation — non-consensual face swaps, misleading synthetic media, content that impersonates a real person, or content designed to deceive viewers about what a real person said or did.
- Copyright or trademark infringement — images, logos, characters, music, or other material you do not own or have a licence to use.
- Violence, gore, and self-harm — graphic violence, cruelty, mutilation, suicide, self-harm, or content that encourages harm.
- Hate speech and harassment — content that attacks, demeans, threatens, or harasses people because of protected characteristics, or that incites hatred or violence.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) — intimate or sexual images of a person created or shared without their consent, including AI-generated NCII.
- Child unsafe content — any content that sexualises, exploits, or endangers minors, including CSAM (see section 3).
Also prohibited: spam, malware, phishing, fraud, illegal goods or services, and any attempt to bypass our safety systems.
5. AI-generated content disclosure
Every video is generated by AI. You must not present it as real footage or as a genuine recording of a person. When you share a video, keep the AI-generated label or otherwise disclose that it was made with AI.
6. Content review and moderation
- Before generating, you must confirm that you have the rights described in section 2.
- The service uses fixed story prompts; users cannot write arbitrary prompts.
- Only pet photos are accepted: uploads that show people are rejected, and every generated video features animals only.
- Uploaded photos and generated videos are subject to automated safety review by our AI provider and by our own checks. A generation that fails a safety check is not delivered, and the credit used for it is automatically restored.
- We review reports from users and rights holders and may remove content, refuse a generation, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, and report illegal content to the authorities.
- We may keep a record of reports and enforcement actions for safety and legal purposes.
7. Reporting content
To report content that violates this AUP, email luomobm@gmail.com with the subject "Content report" and include:
- the video or result link;
- a description of the issue and, if possible, a screenshot;
- the date and time you saw it;
- your relationship to the person or rights involved, if any.
We aim to acknowledge urgent reports (CSAM or NCII) within 24 hours and other reports within 3–5 business days. For CSAM, also report it to your local law-enforcement agency or child-safety hotline. We cooperate with lawful requests and may preserve evidence.
8. Enforcement and appeals
If we find a violation, we may:
- remove the content;
- cancel or refuse the generation;
- forfeit credits used for violating content;
- suspend or terminate the account;
- report the matter to law enforcement.
If you believe we made a mistake, reply to our enforcement email within 14 days and explain why. We will review the decision and respond within 5 business days. Repeated or serious violations may result in permanent removal without reinstatement.
9. Changes and contact
We may update this AUP as the law or our providers' rules change. The updated date at the top shows the current version. Questions: luomobm@gmail.com.
